I'm Sally (The Mom)!

Welcome to my cozy corner of the world!

I'm a writer-turned-artist with a passion for jigsaw puzzles! A few years ago, I started exploring ways to use puzzle pieces in images in all kinds of playful and surprising ways. And Sally's Puzzle Art Plus was born — a creative adventure that continues to grow.

My daughter, a commercial video editor (and dog mama to Mia, our Black Lab muse), brings her digital magic and tech support into the mix.

In my puzzle-themed art, puzzle pieces are the stars. (They deserve it, don't you think?) You'll find one or more in every image. Sometimes, they even turn up as characters -- surfing, strolling, or kicking up their heels!

In the Whimsical Wool Buddies series, sheep and llamas bring their big, loveable personalities center stage.
