At Sally's Puzzle Art Plus, each product is made-to-order just for you This allows us to minimize waste and offer unique, high-quality items, but it also means we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed, except in the rare instance an item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered. Thank.you for your understanding and support of our eco-friendly approach. We take great pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations carefully:
No Returns: All of our products go into production exclusively for you as soon as you place your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once your order is placed.
No Refunds: All sales at Sally's Puzzle Art Plus are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our store. This policy includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product.
No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any products. Each item is custom-made to order, and we cannot resell or restock personalized items. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed on our website, it immediately enters our production process. As a result, we cannot accept order cancellations for any reason.
What to Do If You Receive A Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please include in your email:
- the order number
- a brief, clear description of the issue
- a photo of the item showing the defect, damage, or wrong item. (Please include all photos in one frame, if possible.)
We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
